These Terms of Service govern your use of the TaskBloom platform, which connects advertisers with real human users who perform organic engagement tasks. By accessing or using TaskBloom, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any TaskBloom services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following conditions to use TaskBloom:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Not be located in a jurisdiction where TaskBloom services are prohibited
Not have been previously suspended or removed from the platform
Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration

When you register, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts, account sharing, or identity misrepresentation are prohibited.

4. Advertiser Responsibilities

As an advertiser on TaskBloom, you agree to:

Ensure all campaigns comply with applicable laws and regulations
Provide accurate and truthful campaign instructions
Not promote illegal, harmful, deceptive, or prohibited content
Maintain sufficient wallet balance to fund active campaigns
Review submitted tasks promptly and in good faith
Not attempt to circumvent platform fees or review systems

5. Worker Responsibilities

As a task performer on TaskBloom, you agree to:

Complete tasks honestly and according to provided instructions
Submit genuine, original proof of completion
Not use automated scripts, bots, or any form of automation
Not create fake accounts or engage in fraudulent activity
Comply with platform policies and quality standards
Not attempt to deceive advertisers or the platform's moderation systems

6. Campaign Guidelines

All campaigns on TaskBloom must involve genuine human engagement. The following are strictly prohibited:

Campaigns promoting illegal products, services, or content
Campaigns involving hate speech, violence, or discrimination
Campaigns that deceive or mislead consumers
Campaigns promoting financial scams, MLMs, or pyramid schemes
Adult content, gambling, or prohibited substances
Campaigns designed to manipulate reviews, ratings, or search rankings deceptively

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TaskBloom:

Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks
Creating fake or duplicate accounts
Submitting fraudulent, plagiarised, or falsified proof of completion
Attempting to manipulate the platform's fraud detection systems
Engaging in any form of spam, phishing, or social engineering
Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorised data collection
Interfering with other users' experience or platform operations
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities

8. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

TaskBloom employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to monitor user activity, task submissions, and platform engagement patterns. We reserve the right to:

Review any task submission for authenticity
Reject or reverse task approvals if fraud is detected
Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent behaviour
Withhold payments associated with fraudulent activity
Report illegal activity to relevant authorities

9. Payments & Wallets

Advertisers pre-fund their campaign wallet, and funds are released to workers only upon approved task completion. All financial transactions are processed securely through our payment system.

Advertisers may request a refund of unused wallet balance, subject to a review of any pending or in-progress tasks. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Workers earnings are credited to their account wallet upon task approval. Withdrawals are subject to minimum payout thresholds, applicable fees, and verification requirements.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Unused campaign budget — refundable upon request
Duplicate charges — refunded in full
Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges — refunded in full
Fraudulent activity detected on completed tasks — subject to investigation

All refund requests are reviewed individually. TaskBloom reserves the right to deny refund requests where abuse or manipulation is suspected.

11. Intellectual Property

The TaskBloom platform, including its design, code, branding, and proprietary technology, is owned by TaskBloom and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Content submitted by advertisers (campaign materials, instructions, branding) remains the property of the advertiser. TaskBloom claims no ownership over user-generated content.

12. Suspension & Termination

TaskBloom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Engagement in fraudulent or abusive activity
Extended periods of inactivity
Request by law enforcement or regulatory body
Behaviour that threatens platform integrity or user safety

Upon termination, any pending payments will be reviewed and processed in accordance with these Terms. Users may appeal account actions by contacting our support team.

13. Limitation of Liability

TaskBloom provides the platform as a marketplace connecting advertisers and task performers. We do not guarantee specific campaign results, conversion rates, or business outcomes. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskBloom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

14. Platform Modifications

TaskBloom reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that may affect your use of the service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
